About Rick Dillard

I have been a part of the home building and real estate industries for the past forty years. During this time, I have developed numerous residential subdivisions and constructed a range of homes in North Georgia. My expertise lies particularly in building rustic homes. For over the past decade, I have worked as a Realtor, enabling me to leverage my extensive knowledge of building to benefit my clients when negotiating and buying a home. What I truly enjoy, however, is interacting with people and forming long-term relationships with my clients; many of whom I am still friends with, even after having built or sold them their homes.
